The database/ define rating criteria

Previous | Start | Next

Moodmixer's selection process is based on the list you choose as basis for a playlist as well as the ratings you have given each title. The first criterium has to reflect your preferences- ie you can name it what you like but you should make sure that it will be your liking that you are rating with it. Moodmixer plays titles with a higher preference/top 10 value relatively more often, depneding on how many songs with a certain value are available. This prevents a title to be played every second song if you just have one song in a list that hast the highest rating.

The definition of the other four rating criteria is absolutely free. Moodmixer uses these cirteria to narrow down the selection process. Ie. you have a pop list and also rated your titles with a "tempo" rating you can get Moodmixer to select slower or faster songs if you move the slider controls.
