The Playlistgenerator/restrictions

The restrictions are a set of rules the generator reacts to:

title/groups- prevents a title from being replayed in sequence

artists/groups prevents an artist from being replayed in sequence

prior day delta prevents a title to be played if it has already been played the day before at a the same time +/- the set delta of minutes
