| For both kinds of play lists prduced by the play list generator you can immdiately see the title distribution, if you have checked either the
|

|

| Scheduled lists (date+time) will be saved and can always be displayed but for the hour play list you will just have the last produced one to view.
|
|
|
| A scheduled play list for 5 days from 7am to 5 pm could look like this:

| At first it looks like a chaotic amount of coloured stripes but it displays a load of information once you know how to read it.
|
|
|
| Each colour of a bar indicates the preference value of a title. All colours can be set individually.
|
| In the tool bar of the statistic window you have to click onto the |
|
|
|
|
|
| A click onto a colour opens the MS Windows colour picker where you can select a new colour.
|
|
|
| The colour legend also has a filtering fuction: Depending on which colour you select and then press the [View]-button, only those titles with the selected preference value will be displayed(in this case only value 6 and 8).
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
| You can get back to full display by selecting [All played titles ] in the middle dropdown list.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| The height of each stripe indicates the title length- you can easily see where you have very long or short titles. If you hover along each title a popup displays the relevant title information.

| Different length of bars indicate how often a title has been played in the selected play list:

| In the picture above you have 3 different widths. The yellow title has been played three times, the red twice and the others just once.
|
|
|
| When the statistic opens automatically after play list generation it displays the whole period of the selected play list. This period can be changed( date = horizontally, time = vertically) :

| With the navigation bar you can set the period:

| As in the play list generator you can open the calendar to select a date...
|

| but you can also enter the date manually. Both dropdown windows on the left and rioght are for selecting the time.

| Underneath the scroll bar you also have the possibility to enlarge or reduce the viewpane.as well.

| The dropdown box in the middle can also be used to display only one single title and its distribution. If you select a title here only this title will be displayed.Behind every title in brackets you find the amount a title has been played in the selected period and its pereference value.

| Of course you can select the columns as you like in the same way as in the other lists and you can also pre-listen to a title by either double-clicking onto it or by selecting a few titles and then pressing the play button at the top.
