| In order to open a table with the complete overview of the whole database one can either choose the menu option [Search - All songs] or the shortcut [Ctrl + T]:

| Because of the multi-functionality of these tables, the scrolling only works if no single field in the table is marked ( i.e. in order to edit this specific field). If a field is marked the scroll-mode can be reactivated if you hit the [ESC]-key on your keyboard.

| Apart from that - the - [ESC]-key cancels any kind of action in a table!
|
|
|
| A table with a list of titles can be used in lots of ways:
|
|
|
| Pre-listening of titles: Simply double click into the left empty (grey) column next to the desired title.
|
|
|
| With the first start of the pre-listening mode you will be prompted to set the directory where your Winamp player can be found ( winamp <> 3 ) .
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Sort titles : Any column can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking onto the column head. The fir sorting take slightly a bit longer because all data are put into a cache, after that the sorting is very fast.
|
|
|
| Cancel sorting: If one wants to edit several title fields directly in the table a sorted table can get on your nerves because changed titles will be sorted into the table and the display jumps to the respective title after each editing. | Consecutive sorting of columns : i.e. if you keep the CTRL-key pressed you can sort the preference column, then sort the artist in decending order ( keep ctrl pressed!) and then sort the title name in descending order - that gives you your most favourite artists with all their best titles at the top of the list !

| Change column width : As in any other table program- if you move your mouse curser onto the division line between two columns- the cursor changes and with pressed mouse button you can adjust the width of each column. The column width is stored in the user settings.

|
|
| Change sequence of column heads : Click into headline of the columns at the desired location for the new column with the right mouse button and choose option [move column to here...... and select desired column title] :
|

|
|
|
|
| The selected column will be inserted left of your cursor position!
|
|
|
| Remove column: Right mouse click onto selected column title and choose option [remove].
|
|
|
| Select title :

| · | A single title can be selected by clicking left of the title into the empty column- the whole title will be marked.
|
| · | Several titles can be selected by keeping [Ctrl]- key pressed and selecting titles in the left empty column or
|
| · | by keeping the [Shift ]- key pressederden - hierbei erst oberen dann untersten Titel im Leerfeld anklicken! and selecting the first and then last title in the group ( klick into left empty column!).
