| Export a list

| If you want to save the information of a play list, or a title collection or want list, ie. in order to publish it on the internet you can export it as a .txt file in the folder you have specified in the program settings.

| You can either
|
|
|
| · | only export selected titles
|
| · | or the whole list ( if no title is selected)
|
|
|
|
|
Simply click onto the  -[export selected titles]-Button , then a text file .txt will be saved in the dedicated folder.
|
| Since these information derive from a table the .txt file is separated by a TAB ( you might have to state this if importing it into another table).
|
|
|
| In MS Word you can open this file [Table- convert text to table ( Office XP)] and enter the data into a table. Just make sure you use the Tab separated option.
|
|
|
| In MS Excel you will be prompted right away and you can enter that the data are separated by TAB.
|
|
|
| From these kind of programs and others you can easily reprocess these data.
