Moodmixer crashes or is soooo slow........
Top  Previous  Next

Yes, sorry that can happen, if...........

If the Moodmixer-Mixer is running and constantly selecting new matching titles for your settings and at the same time you try to get the database to change the tag information of 2000 titles, then sometimes Moodmixer can crash.
But- there is no need to panic - the worsed case is that your latest change hasn't been written into the database and possibly some new user settings haven't been saved.

G Attention: If you plan to conduct large batch-rating or batch-changing operations you should close the Moodmixer-Mixer-unit beforehand!! Play one of your preproduced hourly play lists directly from winamp instead!. The selection process in the mixer take up a lot of the database-engine capacity and if the database has to save masses of changes at the same time, the process may be slowed down extremly or Moodmixer might even crash!
