| Sometimes it happens that sound files have been deleted or by chance just removed to another drive. In those cases Moodmixer looses its link- and therefore one cannot listen to these files anymore - BUT they will still be planned in the playlists.
| You wouldn't want that!
| Here the [Search and replace]-function helps to change the path definition in order to re-establish the connection between the Moodmixer and the sound files. Scanning those moved files back into the library would unnecessarily enlarge the database - and for these files all changes that have not been written back into files ( Tag- Information and Moodmixer ratings) would be lost.

| Via the menu option [Search - title without sound file] ........
| Moodmixer checks all datarecords and only displays those whose path entries don't show any more matching sound files.
| In the column [path] one simply has to select the files, right click onto column head and choose [Replace] and enter the path that is to be replaced into the "search" textbox and enter the correct new path into the "replace" textbox and Press the [replace all]-button.

| G Please make sure that you only enter the part of the path that has to be replaced !
| Once one has finished this operation succesfully - a doubleclick in the left empty column next to a title gives proof, that the link to the soundfile has been re-established! The title can be listened to again!
